Polkadaisies "when pink & black swirl you'll want to twirl" skirt

I stayed up WAY too late last night sewing, but I wanted to get this skirt finished. I have two more to do this week for Miss Amber and, of course, they will have a splash of orange :) If you don't know Amber, she has a thing for orange.
