I can't tell you how badly I would love to get a big snow.  I mean a big snow.  One of those snows that keeps you home for days.  I want to be at home watching movies, drinking hot chocolate, building snowmen, sledding, and having snowball fights.  I want a fire burning, kids in their footed pajamas, and a good book to read.  I want a freshly bathed dog, clean sheets, feather pillows, and the alarm clock turned off.  I want it soooooooo bad!!!!!!!  Please don't let it be another year without snow days. Please, please, please!!!

I did four or five of these banners for a teacher in Kentucky who gave them as Christmas presents to her grade level co-workers.  There was one guy in the mix so this is my "Polkadaisies" version of a more masculine banner  LOL!

I love when it's time to drag out the Christmas decor and clothing, but it just ends so soon.  I love all of the fun colors and festive designs and wish the kids could wear it longer than a month.  It's not that hard to put the clothing away but I sure do HATE putting away all of the decorations!  I can usually do it in a couple of days but it seemed like it took me a week this year and then there are those that keep popping up here and there.  I just found a santa night light that needs to be put away.  Not to mention the wreaths that are still on my windows outside.
