Polkadaisies...custom hand painted Abby Cadabby shirt

Every once in a while I get the itch to paint and when I received this order, I knew it would be the perfect time. I had never done an Abby Cadabby shirt and with all her details, I thought the only way to do it was to paint it. I did however, sew the number two on. Paired with a pink tutu, I'm sure Miss Eden will be adorable for her second birthday.
