Polkadaisies...sorority hoodie

I didn't have time to blog much the week leading up to Christmas although I had plenty of things happen to me that added to the madness of trying to get all the orders out in time. The main problem was my sewing machine. I had been having some trouble out of it and knew I was going to have to get a new one, but once they worked on it a couple weeks before Christmas, I thought it would at least get me through the holidays. What was I thinking?! Remember, that is not how things roll here. It tore up within a week of them working on it and of course they couldn't fix it without ordering a part. The part wouldn't be here for a week or so. What was I to do? Well, the mack daddy that I had talked about in an early post, I purchased it! I was extremely excited to have a new machine, but that meant learning how to use it. I didn't have time to play around with it because I had too much to finish and not much time. Now to my point. I played around with some of the stitches today and I used one of them on this hoodie. I was real pleased with it!
